Lupen Atelier LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; updates take effect upon posting.

3. Products & Pricing

All products are handcrafted under the Lupen Atelier brand.
Prices are shown in INR and are inclusive of 18% GST.
Product descriptions, designs, or prices may change without prior notice.
Slight colour or texture variations are natural to handcrafted leather goods.
We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon full cleared payment.
Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, approved payment gateways.
You must provide accurate billing & delivery details; errors may result in delay or cancellation.
We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, bulk resale, or pricing errors (with full refund).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Standard dispatch within 3–7 working days of order confirmation.
Estimated delivery: 10–12 working days across India; international orders depend on customs.
Customers are responsible for import duties/taxes outside India.
Once dispatched, risk transfers to the courier; delays caused by logistics are beyond our control.
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS upon shipment.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All footwear is handcrafted to order; refunds are not issued once production starts.
Exchanges: accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
Not eligible: customised, personalised, or discounted products.
Cancellations: allowed within 24 hours of order placement if production has not begun.
Damaged/defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless Lupen confirms a defect.

7. Warranty & Product Care

Limited warranty of 30 days against manufacturing defects.
Excludes normal wear, moisture damage, chemical exposure, or improper use.
Care Tips: store in cool, dry space; avoid direct heat or humidity; clean with soft cloth and leather conditioner.
Slight tone or grain variations reflect authentic handmade craftsmanship.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content on www.lupen.in
Belong to Lupen Atelier LLP and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.
Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Taxes & Invoicing

Prices include 18% GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST or 18% IGST as applicable).
Electronic tax invoice issued upon payment completion.
B2B customers must provide valid GSTIN to claim input credit.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website may link to external sites or integrate third-party services (e.g. payment gateways, social media).
We do not control these and are not responsible for their content or data handling.
Use of any third-party tool is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

Website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”.
Lupen Atelier LLP makes no warranties express or implied.
Liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lupen Atelier LLP, its partners and employees from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

13. Errors & Omissions

Despite best efforts, errors in content or pricing may occur. We reserve the right to correct or cancel orders affected by such errors without notice.

14. Termination

We may terminate service or access without notice for breach of these Terms. All obligations incurred before termination remain binding.

15. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Shipping & Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lupen Atelier LLP.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
